A Calling That Became a Community
Mrs. Nikki made the decision to leave her desk job and pursue her passion for teaching children in a nurturing, home-based environment. After becoming a registered childcare provider in 2008, she knew she had found her purpose. Her first childcare center opened in April 2015, building upon more than 20 years of experience caring for, teaching, and supporting children and families.

Whole-Child Development
Our philosophy is grounded in Developmentally Appropriate Practice. We create safe, nurturing, and supportive environments that encourage every child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while helping them feel valued, respected, and confident.

Learning Through Play
Children learn best through meaningful play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Our curriculum is guided by each child’s interests, developmental needs, and individual pace, creating engaging opportunities to strengthen early literacy, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and school-readiness skills.

Positive Guidance & Independence
We use positive language, redirection, visual supports, and turn-taking tools to help children develop self-regulation and healthy communication skills. Children are encouraged to make choices, build independence, form positive relationships, and feel safe making mistakes as they learn and grow.

Families as Partners
Strong relationships with families are essential to every child’s success. We value open communication, trust, and collaboration and use ongoing observation to celebrate progress and support individual needs. By working together, we create consistency between home and childcare.
